How It All Began…
Sharks & Lilies didn’t just begin with bling—it began with legacy, love, and a whole lot of heart.
Our founder and creative soul, Shaneece Green, has been making jewelry since she was ten years old—back when beads, sparkles, and imagination were everything. But the brand truly took shape during a pivotal season of her life: becoming a new mother while grieving the loss of her beloved great-grandmother.
One day, while going through her great-grandmother’s jewelry box—filled with heirlooms, memories, and stories—something clicked. Every piece held meaning. Every piece carried emotion, strength, and love. That moment sparked the creation of Sharks & Lilies in 2017—a tribute to both strength and softness, survival and beauty.
What began as a personal expression of healing has grown into a movement.

For those who want to go deeper, we also offer chakra healing workshops and crystal classes, creating space for learning, connection, and intentional self-care.
Most of our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, including stainless steel with 18k gold plating—hypoallergenic, non-tarnishing, and designed for everyday magic.
And at the heart of it all is impact.
As a social enterprise, Sharks & Lilies reinvests in healing beyond the wearer. A portion of every purchase supports current and former foster youth through mentorship, emotional wellness resources, and soul-nourishing community care. Our Founder & Creative Designer
Shaneece Green, MBA is the magic-maker, visionary, and founder of Sharks & Lilies, LLC. She’s not only a certified crystal and chakra healer, but also a fierce advocate for foster youth—because she’s lived that journey herself. 💛
With over 160 hours of family engagement training from The Ohio State University, two BAs (Educational Studies + Political Science), and an MBA in Organizational Leadership (yes, she’s THAT girl), Shaneece brings brains, heart, and soul to everything she does.
She’s all about merging healing with hustle—designing jewelry that aligns your energy, while also hosting workshops that uplift, empower, and transform.
Faith-led, purpose-driven, and powered by lived experience, Shaneece is on a mission to remind you: you’re strong, you’re worthy, you’re beautiful, and your story matters.
